How To Add Recent Comments Widget to blogger

Go To Blogger Dashboard.
Click On Layout >> Then Click ON Add a Gadget as shown in the below screen shot

A New Small Box will Pop up select HTML/JavaScript there.

Copy the below Script and paste it into HTML/JavaScript Box
